Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Sayf ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Sayf provides Closing Line Value (CLV) analysis for prediction market trades. The Service scores your historical fills against closing prices and depth-weighted mid-prices. It is an analytical tool, not a trading platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for confirming that prediction markets, and this tool, are legal in your jurisdiction. Sayf is not a broker, exchange, or sportsbook; it does not accept funds, place orders, or trade on your behalf.

4. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Past CLV performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5. Your Data

• Trade files you upload for a free audit are stored on our servers: the parsed fills, the computed report, and a hash of your delete token. That storage is what makes the shareable report URL work. Reports auto-delete 7 days after upload, and the delete token shown once at upload removes the report and the fills immediately. This matches our Privacy Policy.
• If you create a profile, your scored fills are additionally stored to enable historical tracking.
• You can delete your data at any time by contacting us.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. API Keys

If you connect a Kalshi API key, it is used solely to fetch your fill history. We do not place trades, modify orders, or take any action on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Sayf Pro (trade scoring). Pro starts with a free first month. We collect a payment method when you start the trial, but you are not charged during it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan billed at $6.99 per month, and you authorize that recurring monthly charge until you cancel. It renews automatically each month at the then-current price; we will give notice before any price change takes effect. You can cancel any time, in one click, from the billing portal linked on your account page — cancellation stops future charges, and if you cancel during the trial you are never charged. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles them.

The Analyst Desk (market reads). The Desk is a separate subscription from Pro. It starts with a 7-day free trial, card required, and renews at $29.99 per month after the trial unless you cancel. The same rules apply: cancel any time from the billing portal, cancellation stops future charges, and cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Desk reads are analysis, not trading advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

8. Refunds

A free tier lets you try the core scoring before you pay, so subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. That said: if you are unhappy, email us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund it, no questions asked. Refunds go to the original payment method. We will also fix clear billing errors (such as a duplicate charge) whenever they happen.

9. Availability

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of CLV scores, or completeness of market data. Closing prices depend on third-party data sources.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayf and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. The Service scores trades you have already made; it does not place trades or guarantee any outcome. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
