1. What we collect
- Trade fills you upload or sync from Kalshi.
- Your email address, if you create a profile or join a season waitlist.
- Basic usage analytics — page views and error reports. No third-party ad trackers.
- Behaviour analytics on our public pages, through Contentsquare (Hotjar). This records how a page is used — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement — and can replay a visit as a session recording. It does not run on your account page or your shared report pages, and the grade-your-trades section of the homepage is masked at capture — so your fills are never part of a recording.
- Product analytics on our public pages, through HeyCatch. This counts page views and campaign visits so we can see which pages work. It follows the same rule: it does not run on the pages that render your fills or your desk reads, and we do not send it your identity.
2. Where fills are parsed
For the free audit, your CSV is sent to our server and stored: the parsed fills, the computed report, and a hash of your delete token — nothing else. Storage is what makes the shareable report URL work. The URL is unlisted (unguessable, and we send noindex so search engines are told to stay out), and the delete token shown once at upload removes the report and the fills immediately, no account needed. If you create a profile, scored fills are additionally stored so your history ledger works.
3. Kalshi access
API keys are read-only and are used solely to fetch fill history. We never place, modify, or cancel orders. Revoke access from your Kalshi account at any time and the connection dies immediately.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share individual trading records with anyone. Aggregate, de-identified statistics may be used to describe how the scorer performs.
5. Deletion
Email us and your account and every stored fill are deleted — and if you are on a waitlist, that row goes with it. No retention period, no dark pattern.

Your private Trading OS workspace
Trades, strategies, plans, journal entries, reviews, watchlist items, and display preferences you save in the signed-in workspace are stored on our server with your account. They remain until you delete the records. You can export your workspace from Settings and delete individual entries from their pages. Trading amounts are self-reported. The public demo remains separate and saves only in the browser; its sample data is not copied into your account. Marketing session-replay scripts do not run in your private workspace.
